Barton House artist Penny

Penny Fisher was a dear friend, who was an accomplished potter, painter and stained glass artist. She was passionate about sharing her skills, and taught for many years in her beautiful studio, an old carriage barn, in North Essex.

Sadly during Covid her health deteriorated, along with her desire to continue teaching, and producing for herself. She passed away in August 2023, leaving an amazing collection of beautiful hand blown glass.

Her family are sure that Penny would want her glass to be used by other glass artists that appreciate its value and beauty, so with that in mind, I have included her stash on my shop, with the hope that it can be used and admired in other artists work in the future.
